Aplikace, kterou právě používáte, je biblický program Studijní on-line bible (dále jen SOB) verze 2. Jedná se prozatím o testovací verzi, která je oproti původní verzi postavena na HTML5, využívá JavaScriptovou knihovnu JQuery a framework Bootstrap. Nová verze přináší v některých ohledech zjednodušení, v některých ohledech je tomu naopak. Hlavní výhodou by měla být možnost využívání knihovny JQuery pro novou verzi tooltipů (ze kterých je nově možné kopírovat jejich obsah, případně kliknout na aktivní odkazy na nich). V nové verzi by zobrazení překladů i vyhledávek mělo vypadat "profesionálněji", k dispozici by měly být navíc např. informace o modulech apod. Přehrávač namluvených překladů je nyní postaven na technologii HTML5, tzn., že již ke svému provozu nepotřebuje podporu Flash playeru (který již oficiálně např. pro platformu Android není k dispozici, a u kterého se počítá s postupným všeobecným útlumem).
Application you're using is a biblical program Online Bible Study (SOB), version Nr. 2. This is yet a testing release, which is (compared to the previous version) based on HTML5, uses JQuery JavaScript library and Bootstrap framework. The new version brings in some aspects simplifications. The major advantage should be the possibility of using JQuery for the new version tooltips (from which it is now possible to copy their content, or click on active hyperlinks). In the new version are also available informations about the modules and the like. The player of the narrated translations is now HTML5 powered (he does not need Flash player). I hope, that the new features will be gradually added.

King James 3 - The Literal Translation (2006)

About the Translation:
An historic event, the publication of the new literal translation of the Bible — the KJ3 (King James Version 3) is going to press. This is what the King James Version was meant to be, an exact word-for-word translation of the Hebrew and Greek texts. This title indicates that this new Bible is an exact literal, word-for-word translation of the Masoretic Hebrew Text and the Greek Received Text (Textus Receptus), the main texts used by the Authorized/King James Version translators. Certainly you will want to know all the truths that God has written in the original Hebrew and Greek languages, for it is truth that has the power to set you free: “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32)
A true Bible must contain the words of God, all of His words, and no words added from the minds of men (such as paraphrases, synonyms, mistranslations, biases, interpretations, etc.). For this reason we predict that every person that loves God and His Word will now use this KJ3 Bible (why would you want to use a Bible that has thousands of God’s words hidden from you? Or how can you trust a version that mistranslates thousands of words that God has written for you?). God calls those who add words to his words “liar” because they are adding the words to His words and misleading the reader into believing that those words are God’s words. “Do not add to His words, that He not reprove you, and you be proven to be a liar” (Proverbs 30:6)
The difference between the KJ3 Bible and all other English versions ever created in the past is this: This is the first time that any version has contained all of God’s words, as He wrote them, with no words added, and no words deleted. Note that God has commanded this several times. See Deuteronomy 4:2, 12:32, Proverbs 30:6, Revelation 22:18, 19. KJ3 “You shall not add onto the Word I command you, neither shall you take away from it, to keep the commandments which I have commanded you.”
This new KJ3 version is the version that lovers of God and His Word can safely use with the approval of God. You and every person will be judged by ALL of the words that God has written. Add to this, that God wrote in grammatical forms (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, etc.) Out Lord Jesus was always careful to keep the grammar of the Old Testament words He quoted in the New Testament. No other Bible version has ever strictly given the reader these grammatical forms as God has written them. In all other versions printed before there is a consistent failure to report to the reader the precise use of these word forms (verbs have been falsely translated as nouns, and vice versa; adjectives have been largely ignored); when reported the previous translations do not tell the reader whether they are plural or singular.
The worst mistranslations: “Lord” for the divine name (“I am Jehovah, that is my name,”). God’s name is mistranslated more than 6,000 times. Every nation had their lords, but only Israel had Jehovah as their God. All other countries were “the nations.” In the New Testament “Gentiles” is falsely put for the “nations.” “Church” is a word God never wrote: instead he called the meeting place “the assembly” both in the New and Old Testament. “The children of Israel” never existed as such, for the word, for “sons” is badly translated as “children.” In many versions this occurs more than 500 times. Dead is either an adjective (“dead ones”) or a verb (“to die”), (e.g. “he has died”). Also (“put to death”) is from this verb, and most often translated as “cause to die”. Usually, with most translations which have the same verb twice, one of the verbs will be replaced with an adverb. Charles Spurgeon had the following to say about translation.
“Concerning the fact of difference between the Revised and Authorized Versions, I would say that no Baptist should ever fear any honest attempt to produce the correct text, & an accurate interpretation of the Old/New Testaments. For many years Baptists have insisted upon it that we ought to have the Word of God translated in the best possible manner, whether it would confirm certain religious opinions and practices, or work against them. All we want is the exact mind of the Spirit, as far as we can get it. Beyond all other Christians we are concerned in this, seeing we have no other sacred book; we have no prayer book or binding creek, or authoritative minutes of conference — we have nothing but the Bible — and we would have that as pure as ever we can get it. By the best and most honest scholarship that can be found we desire that the common version may be purged of every blunder of transcribers, or addition of human ignorance, or human knowledge, that so the Word of God may come to us as it came from his own hand.” [Charles H. Only by going back to the each and every word of the Hebrew and Greek manuscripts can we ever attempt to have the pure translation that Charles Spurgeon above desires. This is what we have tried to do with the KJ3 Bible – Literal Translation of the Bible.
In Kapitels 6 finden wir die Grundsätze, auf die sich die Eroberungen Israels gründeten. Das Werk ist voll und ganz Gottes. Er mag wohl Sein Volk im Kampf üben, Er ist es aber, der alles tut. „Das Volk stieg in die Stadt hinein, ein jeder gerade vor sich hin.“ Hier haben wir Unterwürfigkeit beim Gebrauch von Mitteln, Bereitwilligkeit, einem Lauf zu folgen, der in den Augen der Welt lächerlich und ziellos ist, der aber die Anwesenheit des Herrn inmitten Seines Volkes laut verkündet. Hier ist völlige Abhängigkeit von Gott, ein vollkommenes Vertrauen zu Ihm, das offen erklärt, daß es nichts anderes zu tun hat, als nur Ihm zu gehorchen.
Die Verheißung ist sicher; sie handeln im Gehorsam. Das ist der Grundsatz. Josua - ein Vorbild von der Kraft und dem Sinn des Geistes bei einem, der Gemeinschaft mit dem Herrn genießt - ist des Erfolges sicher, und in dieser Gewissheit des Glaubens handelt er, ohne zu zögern. Und wirklich, die ganze Kraft des Feindes fällt, ohne irgendwelche Mittel zu gebrauchen, auf die man das zurückführen könnte.
Ein anderer Grundsatz ist, daß es gar keine Gemeinschaft mit dem geben darf, was die Kraft des Feindes Gottes ausmacht: mit der Welt und mit dem, was ihre Kraft ist, Alles ist verbannt (verflucht). So ist es mit uns in dieser Welt. Wenn die Welt Sodoms Abraham bereichert hätte, wäre er von jener Welt abhängig gewesen; er wäre ihr etwas schuldig; er wäre nicht von ihr frei gewesen, um ganz und gar Gott anzugehören. „Hütet euch vor dem Verbannten, damit ihr nicht zum Banne werdet“ (Jos 6, 18 in der engl. Übers.). Gott mag diese Dinge gebrauchen, wenn Er will, indem Er sie für Sich heiligt. Wenn sich aber der Mensch, der Christ, mit ihnen einlässt, muß der Herr ihn richten. Bis zum Himmel ummauerte Städte, die größten Hindernisse sind wie nichts; wie könnten sie vor Gott gelten? Heiligkeit aber, vollständige Absonderung von der Welt, weil die Kraft aus Gott ist - das ist die Bedingung der Macht. Jericho stellt die Macht des Feindes und die Mittel der Verteidigung dar (insofern es die erste Stadt war, die als eine Schranke dastand, um den Vormarsch des Volkes Gottes aufzuhalten) und wird auf ewig verflucht; und jeder, der diese Stadt wieder aufbaut, wird von diesem Urteil betroffen (siehe 1. Kön 16, 34). Die abstrakten Grundsätze der Macht Gottes und der Kraft des Feindes werden durch diese Stadt und ihren Sturz dargestellt, und zwar in dem, worin sie sich erweisen, und in ihren Gegensätzen. Wenn aber Gott gegenwärtig ist und die Welt völlig verurteilt wurde, so ruft Seine Gnade ein Volk aus dieser Welt, ein Volk, das durch den Glauben von ihren Greueln errettet wird, und Rahab, eine arme, unwürdige Sünderin, wird von ihrem Gericht errettet und hat ihren Platz und ihr Teil mit dem Volke Gottes [1].
