Informace o Studijní on-line bibli (SOB) (CZ)

V nové verzi by zobrazení překladů i vyhledávek mělo vypadat "profesionálněji", k dispozici by měly být navíc např. informace o modulech apod. Přehrávač namluvených překladů je nyní postaven na technologii HTML5, tzn., že již ke svému provozu nepotřebuje podporu Flash playeru (který již oficiálně např. pro platformu Android není k dispozici, a u kterého se počítá s postupným všeobecným útlumem).

Information about the "Online Bible Study" (SOB) (EN)

Application you're using is a biblical program Online Bible Study (SOB), version Nr. 2. This is yet a testing release, which is (compared to the previous version) based on HTML5, uses JQuery JavaScript library and Bootstrap framework. The new version brings in some aspects simplifications. The major advantage should be the possibility of using JQuery for the new version tooltips (from which it is now possible to copy their content, or click on active hyperlinks). In the new version are also available informations about the modules and the like. The player of the narrated translations is now HTML5 powered (he does not need Flash player). I hope, that the new features will be gradually added.

King James 3 - The Literal Translation

King James 3 - The Literal Translation (2006)
Translated by Jay P. Green, Sr.

About the Translation:
An historic event, the publication of the new literal translation of the Bible — the KJ3 (King James Version 3) is going to press. This is what the King James Version was meant to be, an exact word-for-word translation of the Hebrew and Greek texts. This title indicates that this new Bible is an exact literal, word-for-word translation of the Masoretic Hebrew Text and the Greek Received Text (Textus Receptus), the main texts used by the Authorized/King James Version translators. Certainly you will want to know all the truths that God has written in the original Hebrew and Greek languages, for it is truth that has the power to set you free: “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32)

A true Bible must contain the words of God, all of His words, and no words added from the minds of men (such as paraphrases, synonyms, mistranslations, biases, interpretations, etc.). For this reason we predict that every person that loves God and His Word will now use this KJ3 Bible (why would you want to use a Bible that has thousands of God’s words hidden from you? Or how can you trust a version that mistranslates thousands of words that God has written for you?). God calls those who add words to his words “liar” because they are adding the words to His words and misleading the reader into believing that those words are God’s words. “Do not add to His words, that He not reprove you, and you be proven to be a liar” (Proverbs 30:6)

The difference between the KJ3 Bible and all other English versions ever created in the past is this: This is the first time that any version has contained all of God’s words, as He wrote them, with no words added, and no words deleted. Note that God has commanded this several times. See Deuteronomy 4:2, 12:32, Proverbs 30:6, Revelation 22:18, 19. KJ3 “You shall not add onto the Word I command you, neither shall you take away from it, to keep the commandments which I have commanded you.”

This new KJ3 version is the version that lovers of God and His Word can safely use with the approval of God. You and every person will be judged by ALL of the words that God has written. Add to this, that God wrote in grammatical forms (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, etc.) Out Lord Jesus was always careful to keep the grammar of the Old Testament words He quoted in the New Testament. No other Bible version has ever strictly given the reader these grammatical forms as God has written them. In all other versions printed before there is a consistent failure to report to the reader the precise use of these word forms (verbs have been falsely translated as nouns, and vice versa; adjectives have been largely ignored); when reported the previous translations do not tell the reader whether they are plural or singular.

The worst mistranslations: “Lord” for the divine name (“I am Jehovah, that is my name,”). God’s name is mistranslated more than 6,000 times. Every nation had their lords, but only Israel had Jehovah as their God. All other countries were “the nations.” In the New Testament “Gentiles” is falsely put for the “nations.” “Church” is a word God never wrote: instead he called the meeting place “the assembly” both in the New and Old Testament. “The children of Israel” never existed as such, for the word, for “sons” is badly translated as “children.” In many versions this occurs more than 500 times. Dead is either an adjective (“dead ones”) or a verb (“to die”), (e.g. “he has died”). Also (“put to death”) is from this verb, and most often translated as “cause to die”. Usually, with most translations which have the same verb twice, one of the verbs will be replaced with an adverb. Charles Spurgeon had the following to say about translation.

“Concerning the fact of difference between the Revised and Authorized Versions, I would say that no Baptist should ever fear any honest attempt to produce the correct text, & an accurate interpretation of the Old/New Testaments. For many years Baptists have insisted upon it that we ought to have the Word of God translated in the best possible manner, whether it would confirm certain religious opinions and practices, or work against them. All we want is the exact mind of the Spirit, as far as we can get it. Beyond all other Christians we are concerned in this, seeing we have no other sacred book; we have no prayer book or binding creek, or authoritative minutes of conference — we have nothing but the Bible — and we would have that as pure as ever we can get it. By the best and most honest scholarship that can be found we desire that the common version may be purged of every blunder of transcribers, or addition of human ignorance, or human knowledge, that so the Word of God may come to us as it came from his own hand.” [Charles H. Spurgeon from Heart-Disease Curable MTP Vol 27, Year 1881, pgs. 341, 342-3, Isaiah 61:1]

Only by going back to the each and every word of the Hebrew and Greek manuscripts can we ever attempt to have the pure translation that Charles Spurgeon above desires. This is what we have tried to do with the KJ3 Bible – Literal Translation of the Bible.

Hello, I would like to contact developers to tell me where I can get "portuguese almeida revised and updated (with strong’s numbers)" because I want to make a website for studies. Please, for the growth of the kingdom of God.

Libor

King James 3 - The Literal Translation

Jay P. Green, Sr.(2006)

1And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, 2Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, The appointed feasts of Jehovah which you shall proclaim, holy gatherings, shall be these: These are My appointed seasons: 3Work is to be done six days, and in the seventh day shall be a sabbath of rest, a holy gathering; you shall do no work; it is a sabbath to Jehovah in all your dwellings. 4These are appointed seasons of Jehovah, holy gatherings which you shall proclaim in their appointed seasons: 5In the first month, on the fourteenth of the month, between the evenings is the Passover to Jehovah. 6And on the fifteenth of this month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to Jehovah; you shall eat unleavened things seven days. 7On the first day you shall have a holy gathering; you shall do no work of service; 8and you shall bring near a fire offering to Jehovah seven days; and the seventh day shall be a holy gathering; you shall do no work of service. 9And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, 10Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, When you come in to the land which I am giving to you, and have reaped its harvest, and have brought in the sheaf, or the beginning of your harvest, to the priest, 11then he shall wave the sheaf before Jehovah for your acceptance; on the morrow of the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. 12And you shall prepare a he-lamb in the day you wave the sheaf, one without blemish, a son of a year, for a burnt offering to Jehovah. 13And its food offering shall be two tenths part of flour mixed with oil, a fire offering to Jehovah, a sweet fragrance; and its drink offering, a fourth of a hin of wine. 14And bread, and roasted grain, and fresh ears, you shall not eat until this self-same day, until you have brought the offering of your God; it is a never-ending statute for your generations in all your dwellings. 15And you shall number to you from the next day after the Sabbath, from the day you bring in the sheaf of the wave offering; they shall be seven complete sabbaths; 16the next day after the seventh sabbath, you shall number fifty days; and you shall bring near a new food offering to Jehovah;  17you shall bring in bread out of your dwellings for a wave offering, two loaves; they shall be of two tenth ephah of flour; they shall be baked with leaven; firstfruits to Jehovah. 18And besides the bread, you shall offer seven lambs, without blemish, sons of a year, and one bull, a son of the herd, and two rams; they are a burnt offering to Jehovah, with their food offering and their drink offerings, a fire offering of soothing fragrance to Jehovah. 19And you shall offer one he-goat for a sin offering, and two lambs, sons of a year, for a sacrifice of peace offerings. 20And the priest shall wave them, besides the bread of the firstfruits, a wave offering before Jehovah, besides the two lambs; they are holy to Jehovah for the priest. 21And you shall make a proclamation on this same day; it is a holy gathering to you. You shall do no work of service. It is a never-ending statute in all your dwellings for your generations. 22And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not finish the corner of your field; and when you gather the gleaning of your harvest, you shall leave them for the poor one, and for the alien: I am Jehovah your God. 23And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, 24Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first of the month, a sabbath shall be to you, a called memorial, a holy gathering. 25You shall do no work of service and you shall bring a fire offering to Jehovah. 26And Jehovah spoke to Moses saying, 27Also, on the tenth of this seventh month shall be a day of atonement; there shall be a holy gathering, and you shall humble your  souls and shall bring a fire offering to Jehovah. 28And you shall do no work in this same day, for it is a day of atonement, to atone for you before Jehovah your God. 29For any person who is not humbled in this same day shall be cut off from his people. 30And any person who does any work in this same day, I shall even destroy that person from the midst of his people. 31You shall do no work; it is a neverending statute throughout your generations, in all your dwellings. 32It is a sabbath of rest to you, and you shall humble your souls in the ninth of the month at evening; from evening until evening you shall keep your sabbath. 33And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, 34Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, In the fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be a Feast of Booths seven days to Jehovah. 35On the first day shall be a holy gathering; you shall do no work of service. 36Seven days you shall bring a fire offering to Jehovah; on the eighth day you shall have a holy gathering; and you shall bring the fire offering to Jehovah; it is a solemn assembly; you shall do no work of service. 37These are the set feasts of Jehovah which you shall proclaim, holy gatherings, to bring a fire offering to Jehovah, a burnt offering, and a food offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, the thing of a day on its own day; 38besides the sabbaths of Jehovah, and besides your gifts, and besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings which you shall give to Jehovah. 39Also, in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you gather the increase of the land, you shall keep the feast of Jehovah seven days; on the first day a sabbath, and on the eighth day a sabbath. 40And you shall take to yourselves on the first day the fruit of majestic trees, palm branches, and boughs of oak trees, and willows of the valley, and shall rejoice before Jehovah your God seven days. 41And you shall keep a feast to Jehovah, seven days in a year, a never ending statute for your generations; in the seventh month you shall keep it. 42You shall live in booths seven days; all who are native in Israel shall live in booths, 43so that your generations shall know that I caused the sons of Israel to live in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt; I am Jehovah your God. 44And Moses proclaimed the appointed feasts of Jehovah to the sons of Israel.

2   the feasts. God appointed several festivals among the Jews. The Passover was celebrated on the 14th, or rather 15th day of the first month in the ecclesiastical year, which was the seventh of the civil year, and lasted seven days. The Pentecost was celebrated on the fiftieth day after the passover, in memory of the law's being given to Moses on Mount Sinai, fifty days, or seven weeks after the departure out of Egypt. The word is derived from the Greek word [Pentekoste,] which signifies the fiftieth. The Hebrews call it the feast of weeks, Exod 34:22. The feast of trumpets, celebrated on the first day of the civil year, when a trumpet was sounded, to proclaim its commencement, which was in the month Tisri, answering to our September, Lev 23:24, Lev 23:25. The new moons, or first days of every month, were, in some sort, a consequence of the feast of trumpets. God ordained that, by giving him the first-fruits of every month they should acknowledge him as the Lord of all their time, and own his providence, by which all times and seasons are ordered. The feast of expiation or atonement was kept on the 10th day of Tisri or September: the Hebrews call it Kippur, i.e., pardon or expiation, because it was instituted for the expiation of their sins. The feast of tents or tabernacles was so called, because the Israelites kept it under green tents or arbours, in memory of their dwelling in their passage through the wilderness. It was celebrated on the 15th day of Tisri, and continued eight days: the first and last days are the most solemn. Besides the feasts mentioned by Moses, we find the feast of lots, or Purim, which was celebrated among the Jews of Shushan on the 14th of Adar, which answers to our February. The feast of the dedication of the temple, or rather, of the restoration of the temple, which had been profaned by Antiochus Epiphanes, which is thought to be the feast mentioned in the gospel John 10:22, was celebrated in the winter. Moâdim, properly means assemblies, convened at an appointed time and place.

To the institution of the feast of pentecost is annexed a repetition of that law, by which they were required to leave the gleanings of their fields, and the corn that grew on the ends of the butts, for the poor. It may come in here as a thing which the priests must take occasion to remind the people of, when they brought their first-fruits, intimating to them, that to obey even in this small matter was better than sacrifice; and that unless they were obedient, their offerings should not be accepted. It also taught them that the joy of harvest should express itself in charity to the poor, who must have their due out of what we have, as well as God his. They that are truly sensible of the mercy they receive from God, will without grudging shew mercy to the poor.

a memorial. Zichron terooâh, here rendered "a memorial of blowing the trumpets" properly signifies a memorial of triumph or shouting for joy. This festival is generally called the feast of trumpets; and, though the Scriptures have not expressly declared the reason of its celebration, yet, as it fell in the seventh month of the sacred year, which was the first of the civil year, that is, the month Tisri, answering to our September, the opinion very generally embraced by both Jews and Christians is, that it was a memorial of the creation of the world, at which "the sons of God shouted for joy," (Job 38:7;) and which is supposed, not altogether without reason, to have been at this season of the year. The month Tisri was not only anciently, but still is, reckoned by the Jews the first month of the year; and the feast of tabernacles, kept in this month, was said to be, as it is correctly rendered in the margin, "at the revolution of the year," (Exod 34:22;) importing, that at this season the year had revolved, and was beginning anew. So that this feast was the new year's day, on which the people rejoiced in a grateful remembrance of God's benefits, and implored his blessing for the future year.

the feast of tabernacles. This feast was celebrated in commemoration of the Israelites' dwelling in tents in the wilderness for forty years; and was kept with greater hilarity than any of the other festivals. Hence, in the Talmud, it is often called chag, the feast, by way of excellence; and by Philo, [heorton megisten,] the greatest of the feasts; it was therefore more noticed by the heathen than any other. It is probable that Cecrops borrowed from it the law which he made in Athens, "that the master of every family should after harvest make a feast for his servants, and eat together with them who had taken pains with him in tilling his grounds."
